Features and Traits

Half elf
Darkvision. Jasper can see in dim light within 60′ as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. He can’t discern colour in darkness, only shades of gray.

Fey Ancestry. Jasper has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put him to sleep.

Wizard
Arcane Recovery. Once per day when he finishes a short rest, Jasper can choose expended spell slots to recover. The spell slots can have a combined level that is equal to or less than half his wizard level (rounded up), and none of the slots can be 6th level or higher.

Illusion Savant. The gold and time that Jasper must spend to copy an illusion spell into his spellbook is halved.

Improved Minor Illusion. When Jasper casts Minor Illusion, he can create both a sound and an image with a single casting of the spell.

Noble
Feature: Position of Privilege. Thanks to Jasper’s noble birth, people are inclined to think the best of him. He is welcome in high society, and people assume he has the right to be wherever he is.
